Q:   After my account is open, will I receive paper checks to access my account?
A:     No, the iGOchecking® account is a "checkless" account using state of the art electronic services. Your funds may be accessed via an iGOdebitcard®, or by using Bill Payment and Presentment. By not offering paper checks, you automatically add additional security against lost, stolen or misused paper checks.

Q:   How do I open an iGO high interest checking account?
A:     To open an iGO high interest checking account, click onto "iGO open my account" in the iGObanking.com® homepage; then follow the six easy steps to complete your online checking account application.

Q:   How do I view my iGO high interest checking account once it's been opened?
A:     To view your iGO high interest checking account, simply follow the View My Account link on the iGObanking.com® homepage, then enter your Username and Password.

Q:   Do I have to change banks to open an iGOchecking® account?
A:     No, after you have opened and funded your iGOchecking® account, there is no limit to the number of external accounts (from other financial institutions) you can link to your account.

Q:   Are there any fees or minimums to open my iGOchecking® account?
A:     There are No Fees and No Minimums to open your iGOchecking® account.

Q:   Is there a minimum opening deposit?
A:     The minimum amount to open an iGOchecking® account is $1.00.

Q:   Can I apply by mail or email?
A:     An iGOchecking® account can be opened either electronically online or by mail; we do not accept applications via email at this time.

Q:   How do I make deposits into my account?
A:     iGObanking® has really simplified online banking. By using the "Transfer Funds" feature deposits can be made into your iGOchecking® checking. The following outlines the process:

  1. Click onto the "Transfer Funds" link, then select an external account to transfer funds into your iGOchecking® account.
  2. There is no limit to the number of verified accounts you can set up to make deposits into your iGOchecking® account. Just click "Add an external account” to add a new account to your Transfer Funds profile.

Q:   What are the fees associated with this account?

Q:   Is this a paperless (electronic) account?
A:     Yes, you will be able to actively control your money electronically, view your monthly eStatement online, pay your bills online with iGObanking.com®’s Bill Pay and Presentment feature; and Access your money with your new iGOdebitcard®.

Q:   What if I need to make a payment to an individual?
A:     iGObanking.com®’s funds transfer service offers you "Pay People” services. This feature utilizes password and email security features to initiate the electronic payment. Check your funds transfer agreement for more details

Q:   Can I download my statement to QuickBooks or Quicken?
A:     Yes, we offer several downloadable options: MS Money (OFX), Quicken 99 (QIF and foreign date format), QuickenFinancial (QFX) and comma separated variables.

Q:   How do I add a joint party to my iGOchecking® account?
A:    To add a joint applicant to your account, please complete a manual application. The application must be signed by both the Primary and the Joint applicant(s), and include two pieces of ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) along with proof of address for the joint applicant (Utility bill – phone, electric or gas bill, or bank statement). Q:   Will I receive written notice if I overdraw my iGOchecking® account?
A:     Yes, you will receive an eNotice informing you that your iGOchecking® account is overdrawn.

Funds Transfer

Q:   How can I transfer funds from my iGOsavings® to my iGOchecking® account?
A:     Once you have logged into your iGObanking.com® account, initiate the following steps:

  • Click onto the "Account Transfer" tab,
  • Enter the amount of the transfer,
  • Choose the account to transfer from; then choose the account to transfer from to, and
  • Verify and click confirm the transaction

You will receive a confirmation page for your records.

Q:   How often can I transfer funds internally?
A:     You are offered an unlimited number of internal transfers from your iGOchecking® account, however, your iGOsavings® account is limited to six (6) transfers per statement cycle, of which, no more than three (3)may be made by debit card or similar order made by the depositor and payable to third parties.

Q:   How often can I transfer funds externally?
A:     You are offered an unlimited number of internal transfers from your iGOchecking® account; however, your iGOsavings® account is limited to six (6) transfer per statement cycle including no more than three (3) may be made by debit card or similar order made by the depositor and payable to third parties.

Q:    Are there funds transfer limits on my account?
A:     Yes, your individual limits can be viewed in the "Transfer Funds" section while you're logged into your internet banking session.

Q:   Can I set-up direct deposit to my iGOchecking® account?
A:     Yes, the two (2) required items to set-up a direct deposit are iGObanking.com’s Routing & Transit Number (026072928), and your iGOchecking® account number. This is a simple and easy way to actively control your money.

Q:   Is there a fee for transferring between my iGO accounts?
A:     There is no fee for transferring funds between your iGO accounts.

Q:   Can external institutions auto debit (withdraw) funds from my iGO account(s)?
A:     Yes, providing that there are available funds in your account. All incoming deposits are held for three (3) business days.

Bill Pay & Presentment

Q:   Does my iGOchecking® account include free Bill Pay?
A:     Free Bill Pay and presentment is one of the premium features of your iGOchecking® account.

Q:   How do I sign-up for Bill Pay and Presentment?
A:     After logging into your iGObanking.com account, click onto the Bill Payment tab. Click onto the "Click here to sign up for Bill Payment" link on the page. Answer a few simple questions, and then you are enrolled.

Q:   When can I start using Bill Payment?
A:     After enrolling for Bill Payment, you will first receive an approval email. Once your account has been enabled, you will receive a Welcome email indicating that you may begin using your Bill Pay & Presentment service.

Q:   Is there a limit on the amount of bills I can pay?
A:     There is no limit on the amount of bills you can pay. Transaction limits may apply, click here for details

Q:   How are Bill Payment transactions reflected on my checking account?
A:     All Bill Payment transactions are reflected as an ACH debit on the account statement.

Q:   Can I use Bill Payment from outside the U.S.?
A:     Payments may only be debited from U.S. bank accounts, and may only be made to payees inside the U.S.

Q:   Who can be paid using the Bill Payment Service?
A:     Anyone in the United States and its territories who can accept a check (with the exception of tax payments such as federal, state and local), court-directed payments (such as alimony and child support), and any other government related payments.

Q:   Is there a limit to the number of times I can use my iGOdebitcard® in a 24 hour period?
A:     Usage of your Debit card for either an ATM cash withdrawal or PIN based, point-of-sale purchase is based on a daily funds withdrawal limit. Check your iGOchecking® Account Agreement for this limit.
