To open your iGObanking account by mail, simply:

1. Review and agree to the bank disclosures and agreements
2. Complete and print the following application form
3. Send a personal check made payable to 'Flushing Savings Bank, FSB' (no starter checks, money orders or third party checks please)
4. Enclose two copies of identification:
   1. Government issued identification, such as a Drivers Licence or a US Passport (non resident aliens should also supply a current copy of their visa)
   2. Another copy of Government issued identification or a major credit card
5. Please Note: for a joint account, copies of the joint applicant's ID is also required.
6. Enclose a copy of a utility bill and telephone bill (cell phone bills are not accepted)
7. Mail your check and a completed and signed application form to the following address:
